O’Brien Atkins provided the full range of design services for the new Airport Operations Center. The facility consolidates several Airport operating departments and the central communications center and was constructed adjacent to a public parking facility toll plaza and a 2-story precast retaining wall.

The 5-story facility houses Airport Operations (including the communications group), law enforcement, parking management and ground transportation. The main entry is at the third floor level and the 2,000 sf Airport Operations Center component is housed on an upper floor. A large conference room is located on the third floor; other support space includes small conference rooms and open and closed offices.
